Welcome to Streakly — Study Streak Tracker for Students. These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use the Streakly app, including guest mode, account access, reminders, local data storage, Free features, and Pro features.
Streakly helps students and learners build consistent study routines. The app allows you to create study habits, set weekly schedules, add optional reminders, mark habits complete, view today’s progress, check completion history, and review simple stats and charts.
Streakly is designed to be simple, private, and focused, helping you stay consistent one day at a time.
You can use Streakly in different ways:
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
If you use guest mode, your habit data may stay only on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear app data, change your phone, or lose access to your device, your guest data may not be recoverable.
Streakly stores your habits, completions, and notes locally on your device. Authentication is used only for account access.
You are responsible for protecting your device and local data. Streakly is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, app deletion, storage clearing, operating system issues, or user actions.
Streakly may let you set optional reminders for your study habits. These reminders are designed to support your routine.
Reminder delivery depends on your device settings, notification permissions, battery settings, and operating system. Streakly cannot guarantee that every reminder will appear at the exact selected time.
Streakly may offer both Free and Pro features.
Free users can create a limited number of habits and use basic tracking features. Pro may unlock more habit tracking options, notes, advanced stats, or other extra features where available.
Pro features, pricing, limits, and availability may change over time.
If you buy Pro features, payment may be handled through the app store or another payment provider.
You are responsible for checking the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policy before purchase.
Refunds and cancellations are managed according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.
You agree to use Streakly only for lawful, personal study, learning, and productivity purposes.
You must not misuse the app, damage it, copy protected parts, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for illegal or harmful purposes.
You are responsible for the habits, schedules, notes, and content you add inside the app.
Streakly is a study habit and productivity app. It helps you track consistency, but it does not guarantee better grades, exam success, certification results, or any specific academic outcome.
Your results depend on your own effort, routine, study methods, and personal circumstances.
Streakly may use third-party services such as Google sign-in, app store billing, notifications, analytics, or crash reporting.
These services may have their own terms and policies. Streakly is not responsible for third-party service errors, policies, availability, or payment processing issues.
We may update, improve, change, pause, or remove parts of Streakly at any time.
Updates may include bug fixes, design changes, new features, security improvements, or changes to Free and Pro features.
Some features may require the latest app version or a compatible device.
Your privacy is important to us. Streakly follows a local-first approach, meaning your habits, completions, and notes are stored locally on your device.

Streakly is provided as a helpful study tracking tool. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available on every device.
Develop Together is not responsible for missed reminders, lost data, device issues, app deletion, study delays, subscription issues caused by third-party platforms, or academic outcomes.
You can delete your Streakly account by going to the Settings screen and tapping on the "Delete Account" button. You will then be asked to confirm your action, and upon acceptance, your account will be permanently deleted.
When you request account deletion, your account access and related account information may be permanently removed from our systems.
Habit data stored locally on your device may also be removed if you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
Some information may be temporarily retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or technical purposes.
We may update these Terms and Conditions when needed. Any updated version may be posted in the app or on the official website.
By continuing to use Streakly after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
